- Learn by yourself, do it as a group effort, take it on to help someone else - refuah shleima, liiluy nishmat, health, happiness.. etc.

To quote Rav Ginsburgh " "If it is speech that makes us human, it is how we speak that determines what kind of human being we are". Refining ourselves to create ahavat yisrael is the point.
