I can't seem to get meringues right. They are always stuck to the pan and very chewy in the middle. I want them light and crispy! Please post suggestions, what works for you?

I have the same problem....ive never been able to make a good meringue.

Preheat the oven to 450. Turn it off, put the meringues in, and leave overnight.
I found that worked a lot better than trying to bake at 200 for 2 hours.
