Please help plan my Chanukah Block Party

hey everyone help needed.

I'm organizing a chanukah block party. so pple can get to know one another.
it's a pot luck party (everyone brings something) don't want to have to have anyone spend a lot of money

it's called for 1:30-3:30 on thursday lots of pple have off but the kids have school.

so far on the menu is
cake
cookies
chips
pretzels the flat ones made to go with dips
pasta salad
latkes
apple sauce
candy
drinks

my ? is do I need more salads???? are pple going to think it a lunch party? will adding
reg salad
potato salad
egg salad
be a good thing to do

It's kind of lunch time, so adding a few more salad is a good idea. What a nice thing to do!!

salads are good, but maybe also some lighter salads, like vegetables salads.

more protein foods:

tuna salad
crackers and cheese
crackers and peanut butter
herring
deviled eggs

popcorn is filling and cheap

plenty of drinks: water, juice, lemonade...
