This was fantastic!!! It came out just they way I wanted it to. I sprinkled cinnamon on top before baking cuz I think they go really well together and made it in a round glass dish. Kids loved it too.

I just used the snowcrest shortcrust pastry for a squash pie and it was good. Similar to the way mine comes out, but easier I guess.
