I have heard that cascade dishwasher soap would be good for that, but I have never tried it myself.

I just use dishwashing soap and the scrubby side of a sponge or brillo. I wouldn't use other steel wools, some are too abrasive. occasionally I clean it out with soft scrub. you can also clean it with white vinegar, it makes it nice and shiny.

I use Brillo steel wool too. Hate the other steel wools. Depending on what went on in my sink that day, I will use plain dishwashing soap, or Soft Scrub with bleach. And the Brillo of course.

I just use the scrub side of a sponge with some soap, really hot water. And dry it afterwards if I'm so inclined.

first I clean it with soft scrub.
Then I shine it with a spray called Stainless Steel Magic.
It costs about $6.00 but its worth it.
I also use Fantastik Clean and Shine. It does a great job too.

What exactly is this "Stainless Steel Magic"? Can I use it on pots? Can I get it in Brooklyn?

I wash my sinks with soap and water then wipe it dry. I picked up "perfect stainless" at bed, bath and beyond. I spray it on the sink and wipe clean they come out amazing, I also use it on my stainless cooktops and they are beautiful!!!
