Im embaressed to admit that I have used a few serving dishes without having toveled them first. I would like to tovel them now. If they have been used(and cleaned) and then are dipped in the keilim mikva will this have any effect on ppl toveling new dishes for pesach? Will my dishes haven been in the water make new dishes chametz?

Under certain conditions, you can toivel some types of dishes to convert them from year round to Pesach use. Not sure why your dishes would chometz-up the water any more than those would.
