you can make pesto in a variety of ways; for Pesach we make ours with tomatoes, garlic, pepper, salt and olive oil.
I used mayonnaise and dill on the above fish. Think of it like a deli roll.

Avimom - most kosher places should have it. They do in CH. Schneiders makes one thats found near the sauces. Sabra makes one thats found near the Sabra salads.

I do, but I'm in the UK & my recipes are in my kitchen in NY!  I'll ask DH to email it to me & I'll cut & paste it ASAP. I'm going to Megillah soon (it's 5:55PM here!)
