This was the menu I made for the 9 days:
cheese latkes and pizza wraps, for myself I made cauliflour crust pizza
Strawberry soup and mac and cheese
balsamic glazed tuna steak brocolli and sweet potato
onion soup and shakshuka
letcho salmon with basil pesto mushroom pasta
erev tisha bov
vegetable soup, breaded salmon cubes, dairy mashed potatoes will also have cheese kreplach and grilled cheese for the kids

Tilapia cubes over salad, with a side of roasted baby potatoes (made into fish tacos for anyone that wants).
