I think the most labor intensive part of this is forming the meatballs. It's pretty quick if your good with laying things out and measuring the sauce ingredients.

I made this recipe for Simchas Torah. Noone would even taste it Sad
I have a family of very picky eaters.

BTW do you have any idea how much sodium there is an 1/2 a cup of soy sauce? shock

I made them yesterday they were delicious.
I have extra meatball mixture that I didn’t bake/cook.
Is it better to freeze them raw or just baked (not cooked in the sauce?)

Meatballs freeze well once they're baked.

The last time I made these meatballs, I froze some plain, baked but without the sauce, & then defrosted them & added them to a minestrone soup a few weeks later. It worked out perfectly!

Of course, you could always freeze them raw if that is easier for you (as long as the beef wasn't previously frozen).
