I have a dumb phone. I can make calls, text, take and send pictures. I have a computer at home for email, online shopping, googling and Imamother. Don't feel like I am missing out on anything.

It's a balance. Yes, I have fun with my filtered internet and spend time here, but I don't do the rest of the social media stuff like FB, insta, even whatsapp.
I have a kosher phone that has a wonderful array of apps, including TorahAnytime and YUTorah. (I can get a written synopsis of Shira Smiles on the latter.) I haven't set up my email on the phone and don't plan to. I also didn't get the very slightly more expensive option that would allow me to shop on the phone.
It works very well for me.

No, you are not missing out on anything. Unless you have a specific reason why you need these tools (ie-keeping in touch with your relatives far away, class chats, etc) you are likely better off without them.
I used to have WhatsApp and would participate in a number of chats for my kids classes’. The amount of stam gossip and negativity on the groups was awful.
I found that all the chats I was on were a huge time waster (as is this site!)

Personally I would miss out on family chats, shul chats, neighborhood chats, groups of friends getting together, etc.
I would be very isolated without my WhatsApp.
As for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc... I barely use them.
