I love sandwiches, I could live on them. Normally my go to is sourdough grilled cheese with sliced tomato and TJs onion salt spice. But I'm pregnant and can't stomach cheese so now my favorite is toasted everything bagel with creamy tuna, tomato and dill pickle.

Good bread like ciabatta bread with pesto mayo spread on it. Then layer fried breaded eggplant or zucchini, roasted red pepper, and fresh mozzarella. I don't make that at home but love when I can find that or something similar on a restaurant menu. When I was in college there was a place that had that sandwich and I still think about it Smile

Not really a lunch sandwich but ciabatta with honey mustard and spicy mayo, good crispy shnitzel, fried onions and lettuce to pretend we're eating healthy. I'll eat that any day of the week

I also really like a good sandwich but I think my favorite is Daves killer bread with tuna salad, sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes and sliced avocado put in the sandwich maker to make the bread toasted and the inside a little warm.

My favorite sandwich that I don’t eat often is sesame roll tuna melt with tomatoes and jalapeño panini. One day make is toasted bread ( any kind but it has to be toasted) lettuce tomatoe light mayo or jalapeño mayo and a slice of cheese, preferably a smoked one.

I don’t remember the thread but someone once posted on here that their favorite sandwich is something like tuna and egg salad with lettuce and potato chips all together on bread of your choice. I always meant to try it.

Toasted sourdough, tuna, lettuce, tomato, pickle, spicy mayo! Yum!!! I always swap out tuna for sliced avocado sometimes.

Shnitzel on a baguette with lettuce, tomato, fried onions and coleslaw.

I'm another cinnamon raisin fan! Have it toasted with melted cheese or cream cheese. Yum!!!

I used to like tuna melts before I got married.

Oh I forgot American grilled cheese on white bread
