If the rabbis say its not allowed thats halacha. The fact is rabbis do not say it is not allowed. Some may say its better to have a mechitza. Some might say it is preferable to have a kid from x age in another room if possible. "not tznius" is defined by halacha. Halacha say it is tznius under the parameters stated.

That's how it was worded. It's not halacha, but a strong tznius concern.
