I just made a ton of croutons from some oldish bread. Came out great.
I want to make a parve simple salad for shabbas with them.
Any ideas??

this one is yum -
lettuce,
cucumbers
tomatoes (pref cherry)
red onion
croutons
(anything else can be added really - I sometimes add grill chicken)
dressing:
5 T mayo
2/3 T sugar
2 cloves minced garlic (I have the jar kind so I take about a tsp)
salt
black pepper
1 T vingar (I add a little more til its a good consistency)
REALLY good and simple!
