We downloaded Rhapsody and are trying to import our music library from Itunes and are not able to. Can anyone help us out with step by step instructions?
Thus far we have done this: in rhapsody, we clicked on file, import, from itunes, and nothing comes in.
I think the problem is in naming the files. I've tried naming them music.mp3 but it's not working.
We tried a different route: went to Itunes library, clicked on 'export' and weren't matzliach there either.
stuck.
