My daughter bought up milk from her nose, but she was born with a cleft palate. I'm sure that's something they checked for at birth, so I wouldn't be too worried about it.

That is how my baby threw up when it was mainly milk she was throwing up - I never worried about it. She is regular baby not preemie.

Congrats! You have a milk-snorter!
I've had a few of those, and have one now. I even put a diaper cloth under his head when he nurses because so much milk dribbles out of his nose. He is absolutely normal, never had any problems with sucking or latching, is gaining weight like a champ, and snorts away happily while he drinks/burps/spits up.
We're confident he'll grow out of it before he has to date.

haha- ok good to know. Im glad to hear that this is probably normal. I only get nervous because I am afraid it will happen and C'V'S she would have problems breathing or something...
