My dh really like the salmon gefilte from places like Hadar Geula (bp) so I bought a loaf of A & B salmon gefilte. Anyone have a good recipe? Should I just cook it like regular? It's more expensive so I don't want to just try something and it won't come out good. Thanks.

some options:
*cook it like you usually do
*make tri-colored gefilte fish
*make herb crusted patties in the oven

I did it the same way I would flavor salmon fillets
saute onion slices in sugar till sugar is melted.
add water, salt, bay leaves, lemon juice and vinegar. more sugar if needed.
when water boils, add loaf and cook for and hour.
