I'm due just about now. I had a few name ideas for Shabbos Shira/Tu Bshvat but that passed. The only purim name is Ester but that's my name.
I like mainstream but pretty names. I don't go for most Yiddish names or modern names (ex. Shira).
The only thing I can think of is Tzippora if the baby is born around zayin adar, Moshe Rabbeinu's yarzeit.
Any other ideas?

Can't think of anything more creative at the moment, but I think names with simcha fit very nicely this time of year (Rena, Gila, can't think of others off hand).

Have you looked through the haftorah of the week? You might find inspiration there.

My daughter was born on Rosh Chodesh Adar, and she was named Esther.. for middle name we considered Levana, but ended up using something different...

Yocheved, Miriam or Tzeporah if it's around Zayan Adar . Hadassah (Esther's name) or Malkah (for Queen) for Purim time.

Estrit (little Esther - sounds French)
Hadar (sounds like Adar)
Ora ("layehudim haysa ora")

Too modern?

Esther name was also Ayelet Hashachar so you can use Ayelet or Ayala.

My sister & I both had Adar babies. We each were naming for our grandmother. But since it was Adar she added Haddassa & I added Esther.

A point to have in mind:
Certain names may sound modern alone. But added to another name will sound totally dif.
For example: Leah & Devorah Leah
Just my opinion.
