US Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad congratulated US commander Gen. Al Qaeda has already named Abdallah Bin Rashid al Baghdadi, head of its shura council in Iraq, as Abu Musab al Zarqawi’s successor

DEBKAfile’s counter-terror sources reveal Western intelligence agencies dealing with terrorists in the region know nothing about the new man. Al Qaeda has already vowed to fight on after Zarqawi’s death in a statement on its web site.

Goodbye to bad rubbish and hopefully they can kill a few more of these evil things, Bin Ladan watch out.
But unfortunately I feel that this will not really help as there are many more evil people out there that are ready to jump into Zarqawi's shoes. The coalition forces have a very very long way to go. I see it as going to ways, either the insurgence fighting will intensify over the next few days as they try and pay back for the leader being killed, or there will be a lull in the fighting while they regroup and they will come at the coalition forces with full power. Whatever the fight for Iraqi is far from over. Also other Western countries need to step up security just incase Al Quada try and get their revenge here in our countries. It will not surprise me if there is another Bin Ladan tape released in the next few days with a code in it for his terrorist friends to commite another terrorist act.
