2 Idaho potatoes peeled & cubed
1 sweet potato peeled & cubed
2 Tbs. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup orange juice
place all potatoes in pan drizzle the oil and sprinkle the salt & pepper over the potatoes shake pan to cover all potatoes pour juice over potatoes bake covered in 350 degree oven 45 min - 1 hour
when you make your egg lakshin make extra crepes to fill
boil potatoes in water drain and mash well saute onion in oil add to mashed potatoes add salt & pepper mix well if to dry add more oil fill crepes with potato mixture roll like blintzes
7 big Idaho potatoes
4 eggs
6 oz oil
6 oz seltzer
salt & pepper
grate potatoes by hand add rest of ing. mix well pour into a greased 9x13 pan bake in preheated 500 degree oven 45 min lower temperature to 275 degrees bake 3-5 hours the longer it cooks the better it tastes (after the 3 hours if it looks like its getting dry cover)
