Something for supper thats ez. chicken cutlets & ground chicken are the eziest to find all over.

Can be meat too, but not expensive ones.

schwarma chicken
honey mustard chicken cutlets
pastrami chicken roll ups

chicken caesar bugers
honey garlic (chicken) meatballs

Ground chicken-(can be done with chicken but tastes different)
meatballs
shephards pie
meatloaf
sloppy joes
burgers

cutlets-
batter dipped
chicken salad
regular way-flour, eggs, crumbs

enlightened kosher cutlets with corn flakes:
preheat oven 400f
6 cutlets or any part of chicken
more or less 1 teaspoon parve sour cream to each chicken breast, smear in the chicken
4 cups corn flakes 1 teaspoon oregano and cayenne pepper (I put black pepper didnt had that) in ziplock bag
and put the chicken inside, after put in a cookie cooling rack and in oven for + or less 45 min
beteavon! ( didnt have a cookie cooling rack and put in a diposable sheet special for griiling that had holes in it and came out very good)
