Is there any way I can get kerosene/parrafin out of clothing?
Some items had a lot on them, and others only had the fumes, but a regular wash in the machine has had no effect on the smell.
TIA

Try making a paste of cornstarch, baking soda and water and applying to the offending garmet. Let set for several days, then brush off and launder.
Or put in a tightly sealed container with a few charcoal briquets or, better yet, a handful of activated carbon granules, which you can buy in a store that sells pet, aquarium or swimming-pool supplies. Activated carbon absorbs organic vapors. Leave for several days to weeks, changing the carbon every so often.
Or try dabbing with plain rubbing alcohol and letting dry.
