Getting water stains off flatware, anyone?

I got a set of nice flatware for shabbos as a gift.( not silver, I'm not sure what it is.) I toiveled them and some stayed with water marks. anyone familiar with how to get rid of them?

you have to towel dry them as soon as you wash them.
