1/2 lb Farmer Cheese
1/4 c. Splenda or sugar
2 eggs
15 white tea biscuits (vanilla) (x 2 for double recipe)
15 dark tea biscuits (chocolate) (x 2 for couble recipe)
Milk for dipping biscuits in
Directions
Dip 15 light biscuits into milk. Then lay them out side by side 3 x 5. (width wise) 3 across (wide) and 5 biscuits down, on foil.
Mix together farmer cheese, splenda and 1 egg. (I doubled the recipe)
Spread thin layer on the first set of biscuits.
Dip second set of 15 biscuits in milk, lay them on top.
Spread a bigger helping of cheese mixture on top.
Spread sliced strawberries down the center.
Using the foil press in the two side of the biscuits to it forms a triangle.
Pinch the foil tightly and place in freezer.
Once frozen, thaw and slice and serve.
