Regular snoods make my already-round face look even rounder, plus they make me look bald. What I'm looking for is a snood with some height on top to give the appearance of a longer face (if such a thing even exists). Anyone know where I can buy (online, please) something like this? Links would be appreciated, if possible. Thanks!

Ettie's Collection has several that look like the top is a little thicker/higher. Also, some of their designs actually add some height. Check out http://www.ettiescollection.co.....html - more specifically pages 3 & 4 look like they have more height.
Also check out http://www.millineryshop.net/. They advertise here on imamother, and look like they have the snoods with the knots that give height. (For years those were the only ones I wore for the reason you describe.)
