I used to be really thin, and then suddenly from birthcontrol pill I put on a lot of weight. I have tried for almost a year to loose all the weight I put on, but find it really difficult as I have PCOS (where ur body stores too much insulin and doesnt know how to break it down properly)
im excericising, tried the mediteranean diet, atkins, south beach and just simply eating properly...
any recommendation would be greatly appreciated...
or any tips as well...
