I have never tried any of these recipes, but here they are for what they're worth:

Baked Ziti #1 (Heimishe Kitchen)
1 package ziti, cooked
16 oz. pizza sauce
1/2 lb. farmer cheese
1/2 lb. shredded cheese
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese
oregano

Combine ziti with pizza sauce and farmer and shredded cheese. Pour into 9x13 pan and top with mozzarella cheese and oregano. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Cool before slicing and reheat. 6-8 servings.

Baked Ziti #2
I lb. ziti noodles, cooked
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
1 lb. cheddar cheese
2 large cans tomato sauce

Pour one can of tomato sauce into a baking pan. Add half the noodles. Place the mozzarella cheese on one side of the pan and the cheddar cheese on the other side. Add the remaining noodles and top with the other can of tomato sauce. Cover and bake for one hour at 350°.

Baked Ziti #3 (microwave)
8 oz. ziti, cooked
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 15 oz. jar marinara sauce

Combine ingredients in a 2 qt. casserole dish and mix thoroughly. Cover casserole, microwave for 10 minutes at 70%, then let stand for ten minutes.

The second two recipes are from Maatamim, the PTA cookbook of BY of Queens.

Seriously!! I did a major grocery shopping today (we went away for R"H so I did no cooking, so I have no leftover and nothing in the house to break the fast or eat this week) and the UWS Fairway was filled with frummies! I guess we're all masochists LOL

I'm making a big bubbling pot of rich vegetable soup right now, and it's driving DH and I up the wall... and my posts seem to all be about food today. Figures. Only 2.5 hrs to go! There is a cold bottle of seltzer in the fridge with my name on it...

I have a very easy recipe and it tastes good too!

1 Package of Ziti noodles cooked and drained
mix in a jar of marinara sauce - (I like to use buitoni marinara but I am sure any brand will do)
mix a package of shredded mozarella or pizza cheese
pour into 9 x 13 pan and cover with sliced american cheese
bake covered until chese is melted!
Enjoy!

Mine's the easiest - although I'm sure the others taste better. My kids like it, and it takes less than 5 min. to do.

Spray a 9 x 13 with Pam.
Pour in 1 box raw ziti noodles.
Pour in 1 jar marinara sauce.
Put in 1 16 oz. container cottage cheese.
Put in 1 8 oz. bag shredded cheese.
Mix very well.
Pour in 1/2 jar hot water.
Cover well & put in 350 preheated oven for 1.5 hours.
Njoy!
