I'm looking for ideas that are not expensive yet at the same time good for someone with pcos who is also fairly sensitive to milk products. Thanks so much!

As someone who's been there, I know how tough it can be.
Stir fry/chow mein
Spegetti squash with other vegetables
Tuna or salmon patties (without much filler) made from canned fish
Chicken (of course)
Chili, meatballs (depending on the recipe and how strict you are, because it has tomatoes or sauce in it, and you could put ww noodles or brown rice under the meatballs)
Whole wheat wraps with grilled vegetables, or with chicken and other veges, chicken salad, tuna, etc.

I recommend you either get susan sommer's (can't remember how she spells it) recipe books (or online, for free) or south beach and find meals that are PCOS friendly.
