I made homemade parve broccoli cauliflower soup on Friday. How long will it last? Also it has a nice amount of fresh garlic so that might act as a preservative, I guess. TIA

I would smell it and/or taste it before serving it to anyone. In hotter weather I find things don't keep as long (even if they are in the fridge).
