Does anyone have a recipe for challah (hamotzi) that doesn't include wheat or eggs? Spelt is not allowed either.

If it tastes good, that's a bonus LOL

There is a fantastic wholewheat Italian bread recipe on recipeezaar that I use sometimes as challah.

im not sure if this is what you're looking for / needed but there is a company called Katz Gluten Free -- they make all kinds of breads and pastries ... and they're pretty good !!!
