Sometimes on the packaging of cheese and yogurt there will be an o-u (or o-k) with a D and and then somewhere else on the package it will say cholov yisroel. Is that still ok? Or does it have to say cholov yisroel as part of the hechsher?

the d is just there for dairy. if it says on the pkg cholov yisroel - it's cholov yisroel... they put the D there for allergy purposes.
