I make an easy chicken and potatoes in one pot -
cut up shnitzel parts and potatoes into small cubes.
If you don't have time/energy just through them into a wide pot with salt pepper paprika and a little bit of water and cook for about an hour.
If you want you can fry some onions before throughing in the chicken and potatoes or brown the chicken before adding the potatoes and spices.
I do the same with rice-
cut chicken into small pieces
fry in a little bit of oil until white.
add rice and fry a little
add water and spices as you usually do to rice
cook for 20 minutes - half an hour

Thank you. Doesn't the chicken dry out cooking for so long?

Flatten skinless, boneless breast pieces (like schnitzels). Coat with either BBQ sauce or mixture of ketchup, OJ, soysauce. Let it marinate preferably a few hours. Heat a very smal amount of oil in frying pan, sautee chicken pieces til done. Serve with rice or pasta.

cinnamon thank you I did it basically what you said. It turned out really good. I did add the chicken later so it would not dry out. Thank you Mrs Bissli for taking the time to help out
