I'm really at a loss, but my 2 and 3 year old love undressing themselves. The issue is they are not trained for the night and when they undress they COMPLETELY undress themselves. I need ideas of how to keep their pajamas on them. They are in one piece pajamas with zippers and they have just recently learned to open up the safety pin that previously kept them shut. Now I need a different idea as that is now dangerous and no longer serves the purpose.

Any and all ideas welcome. TIA

I buy the one piece pajamas from lets say, childrens place, and put it on with the zipper in back. I buy the next size so the twisted feet on the bottom shouldnt be so uncomfortable.

Yes we did that but they then would open each others. Thanks for the idea though!

Duct tape...

But really why must they wear PJs anyway??? Why are they getting undressed, if they are hot or just dont like the feel of clothing when they sleep, just put them to bed in diapers. Think of it as one less piece of laundry.

Now if they take the diapers off you can go back to the duct tape suggestion LOL

Thanks the duct tape may work.
Allowing no pj's means easy access to diaper and thus easy access to remove diaper which we really do not want!
Thanks for all the ideas!

can your kids do buttons? maybe put a button down shirt over the pjs. or offer an incentive like a prize if they don't completly strip

my friend had that with her twins, so she put on the sleepers backwards, pinned the zipper to the pajamas with a safety pin, and then taped the pin closed it shouldnt open by mistake!!! My kids sometimes undress themselves in the AM before I wake up, I just let them run around like that.
