I don't know if this is in the right section, I'm looking to get new shoes for my 20 month old girl. Went to several stores 2 see what they got, and looks like the "in" thing right now is to get the loafers. Does not look like a supportive shoe at all... was wondering if any of you got them and if not, which shoe did you settle on? I was looking at several, Primigi, Ecco, Vennetinni....
Thanks!

I don't think a 20-month old should be in loafers. They definitely aren't old enough to care that the in-thing isn't always comfortable. There is nothing holding them onto the child's feet, and I've seen some really cute traditional Primigi, Ecco, Naturino, etc., in more typical preschool styles.

I bought my 2 year old naturino shoes with a velcro.
I couldnt see myself buying a 2 year old a loafer for every day, its not supportive and her foot will slip right out. (they stretch very fast)
