I think you might want to be more specific - Hebrew/Yiddish traditional/modern etc.
Off the top of my head:
Sara
Shaindel
Shira
Shifra
Shoshana
Shulamis

Here are some Hebrew ones:
Sarit (or Saritte)
Shifra (ok, that's an /sh/ not an /s/ sound)
Shoshana (another /sh/, but sooo pretty)
Shira
Sharona
Shprintze (for the Fiddler on the Roof aficionado)
English names, if that's what you were looking for:
Sandra
Stephanie
Stacey
Sylvia
Shari
Sharon

There's a family that just moved here with a daughter named Shai'el (pronounced shy-el). It means Gift from G-d.

What does it mean in English?
I don't plan to use it, it's not a family name (well ok one extremely far). In ladino and Judeo-Arabic this is a queen.
