Anyone used a flexible spending account for babysitting?
Does the babysitter have to be licensed, or just willing to work on the books and give me her S.S. number?

Where I live, they don't have to be licensed.

Ditto. I use one for a sitter at home. They need a SS# and have to be ok with being on the books.
