2 months till pesach
Just wondering if anyone has started pesach cleaning yet?

I am starting to think about it. and trying to declutter and organize so once I get to the actual cleaning it will be easier. No point in actually cleaning so early with a toddler around.

Well, I started polishing the silver - does that count? My mother in law cleaned three rooms already, and plans to bake and cook the week after Purim. I tell you this to encourage you in your efforts! LOL

For those of you having seder, how many guests are you having to your home? We open ours up to community without places to go. This year we're thinking of inviting no more than 6.

One floor, so no point in even trying to Pesach clean till literally the week before Pesach, especially with toddler who seems to make sure everything he eats gets into the bedrooms and on the couches and even in places he hasn't been!! Last time we had Pesach at home was before my son was born...last year I spent half at my in-laws and half at my parents, the year before I spent it in Majorca thanx to father in-law who had Rabbi job at a hotel. So cleaning with toddler around is going to be fun.
Kitchen is the hardest. Does anyone know of a good oven cleaner that isn't so toxic it makes your eyes sting? I have one, but I think it is much too dangerous to use and you have to leave it on a while and with a tot about I don't think it's a good idea.

And I see your also a collector like me and no I'm not referring to kids LOL
