I also used it! I find the site a bit overwhelming to tell the truth.
but I think (for me) its very hard to use a goyische site to track your calories coz alot of the kosher stuff I have no clue..
But it has some amazing articles and I like the message boards.

I use the weight and fitness tracker, water tracker, Jewish 'teams', etc.
Take it slow, only use what you want at first and you will get more involved as time goes on
