This year, DH and I are doing a computer/IT theme. I'm pregnant BH, so I'll be wearing a maternity shirt that has a status bar across the stomach that says "Loading...Please wait," and DH will be wearing an IT shirt (he's a computer geek, so it makes the costume even cuter) Wink

The question is, how can we make our MM fit the computer theme? The cheaper the ideas, the better!

Chips, maybe? Also your DH could use a mouse as a tie.

I saw cheapo foam rubber computers and mice you could toss in if you found them. My kids enjoyed these!

torahtots, we are big Mac people, so your ideas sound perfect! One question though- how, practically speaking, could I do Mac and cheese? I'm just picturing people receiving cold portions of mac and cheese, which doesn't sound particularly appealing...

You could either give them a tupperware of it that they could heat up - maybe it doesn't sound appetizing to you but I love mac and cheese, I'd totally eat it! (I once did a potato theme - we were the Potato Head family - and I gave mashed potatoes in tupperwares. I thought it was weird but ppl loved it!)
You could also give separate pasta with cheese on the side or pasta with cheese sauce on the side, or you could give a box of Foulds/Wacky Mac. As long as you have two other prepared foods in the MM, maybe giving a box of Wacky Mac makes the most sense? (Also the least work for you!)

u can make mini/individual MAC n cheese's in muffin tins

u can buy blank cd's and place that as ur "plate" and put the mac n cheese muffin on top and add a bag of chips - and wrap in clear cellophane.
