My 2 week old seems to have a fungal diaper rash - all red and pimply. would you use lotrimin?

call your pedi and ask what to use, it might be too strong for a 2wk old

I would use lotrisone. Just a few times combined with caldescene powder will do the trick. It's not like your using it on a steady basis.
