A long time ago a Dr. gave me a 1200 calorie diet that I used. I am looking for a copy of it and can't find it. It had a list of foods and mentioned how much of each you can eat. If anyone has such a diet can you PM me a copy of it or a link to it?

there are so many options. If you go to sparkpeople.com and put in your food requirements, they can give you a daily menu plan
