I have a large fresh salmon fillet and would like a quick n easy recipe for preparing it. Only ingredients I use for spicing/marinating would be cooked sugar, salt and/or lemon juice. Also pineapple chunks or sliced oranges would be ok. TIA

Chocolate Moose, I did a quick search and couldn't find any listings for sweet and sour salmon. Did I do something wrong?
