My daughter is extremely sensitive. She is also a very caring person. That being said she is being bullied in school and she has a hard time standing up for herself. She is also afraid of new situations and has a low tolerance for loud noises. She is smart she understands everything that goes on but she is still falling behind in school even with extra help.
I am wondering if perhaps she might have aspergers. Does anyone know what the symptoms are for girls and how to get it diagnosed? Do I need a neurologist or a phsycologist? Can anyone recommend someone good that will give me the right advice?

Your description does not sound much like a kid with Aspberger's. Does she have friends? Does she make eye contact well? If she does really have social problems then a psychologist or a neurologist could check her out. Both specialists give pdd labels.
