Hi,
I love turkey meatballs but I make mine with hunts tomato sauce and brownulated sugar as well as breadcrumbs. It's probably high in carbs and sugar.
Does anyone have a recipe that is more dietetic?
Thanks.

I dont know measurements, but something like this:
half a kilo mince-whatever
one egg
salt, teeny black pepper, loads of sweet paprika
form balls with constantly wetted hands
cook in tomato sauce made of:
fried onions in a little oil
tomato paste
water
spices

I think I'd like a recipe where they get baked in the oven and don't require sauce...
