I dont know what its called but I am looking for this recipe. Its made with farmer cheese and has flaky dough on top and bottom. Does anyone have a recipe for this?

I have a great recipe that is like a blintze layer on top and bottom with farmer cheese in the middle, does that sound like what you're looking for?
