Well, I would love it. I make mexican food all the time. It doesn't look very Jewish on the table for Shabbos but it is much healthier than cholent. I think if made well it's very healthy. Good luck.

If it had a decent amount of dairy in it, yes, I'd buy it. I love making Mexican food, and it's such an easy Shabbos meal.

Smile I love a good burrito, but have never had issues finding kosher recipes from regular cooking websites so I am not sure I would buy it.

I am the same. I love Mexican food and think its a great idea and it seems that people never seem to stop buying them.
However I don't get it really because millions of recipes can be found on line and in blogs why waste your money?
However obviously there is a market because ppl seem to keep putting them out

I love Mexican food. I have family in Mexico, so we are sometimes use family recipes.

Usually, though, I use not-specifically-kosher recipes and adapt them.

I already own too many cookbooks. B"N I will not buy another till I try all the ones I have already. Like others have posted, in the meantime if I want something specific I can usually find a recipe on-line.

But Hatzlacha to your friend! Maybe some who haven't already bought their cookbook collection will buy it.

I would love to see this!!! Mexican food is so yummy, but a lot of the recipes call for treif ingredients or mixing dairy with meat. I would love to see how to make it good but Kosher.

Funny that u would mention a mexican kosher cookbook -
I just helped put together a fundraiser cookbook for my kid's school.
One parent asked if she can get it translated into spanish for her nanny to make the items in it!

maybe she can make them in English and some in a spanish version - the ladies who are lucky to have a nanny -set up can buy both versiona, pick out the recipes in english and have the nannies make the recipes by following the spanish version!!!

if only!!!!! haha

As others have stated, so many recipes can be found online now. And I'm not much of a recipe follower anyhow; I like to look at recipes for ideas, but always adapt it to my own tastes anyhow, or for kashrus as needed, etc.
The only reason I buy any cookbook at all is if it has gorgeous photos, hopefully of every single recipe. I'm more interested in the general concept and presentation then the specifics of the recipe. So if the Mexican cookbook fit the bill, I might indeed buy it.
