I am looking to buy a cheap food processor for Pesach. I know Braun is the best but I dont want to spend so much money on something that will only be used twice a year. I make potato kugel once for the first days and once for the second days.

I am looking for something that is easy to clean. Any recommendations for a food processor for under $50

This year for Pesach I finally bought a food processor. I got the Black and Decker 8 cup Food Processor at Target. It was in the $30 - $40 price range when I bought it. It worked just fine for me, no complaints.

I find the Black n Decker mushes the food when you shred.

I bought Hamilton Beach (either Target or Walmart)

About $40

Absolutely love it.

The blade on the slicer is so sharp I slices plum tomatoes, if they are hard (tomatoes).

I know they also make a wide mouth where you can fit whole veggies potatoes, tomatoes, etc, without having to trim them down.

I have one for weekdays, and one for Pesach I love it so much.

0nly downfall It doesn't have a shoot so you have to stop the machine once its full

I saw one at Walmart for $40. Don't own it so I don't know how well it works. It's not huge but medium-large size.
