How long can rice/pasta/farfel last in the fridge?

I would like to pre prepare meals for my family for a week while I will be away. I dont think that these things freeze that well, and its easyer for them to grab a nosh then to bother with the defrosting... so how much in advance can I refrigerate these things - how long will they last?
Also baked/fred chicken, shnitzels....

a few days, specially in the summer heat.

I think rice freezes great.
