Does anyone have information/advise about programs in Israel for American girls at risk?

She is 16 and currently in a therapeutic high school in the US--it's not working out. Any hints are appreciated!

Is she living in Israel? If she is, try calling Mrs. Rivka Finkel the Headmistress at Olamot (which is in Ramot) at 052-762-9764
If Olamot isn't for this girl, Mrs. Finkel will likely have some other suggestions.
There is also a program in RBS called Tozfia.
