Hi. I FINALLY brought myself to do a fitness DVD. I bought a set. I tried two. On both, I could get into the menu with the backup music and the list of options of choices, but the options couldn't be selected. So I couldn't play any part - intro, 20-minute workout, etc.
What am I missing? Please help. I totally need to return the product really soon if it's fauly, but since it's both DVD's, it's surely not that they're defective. Please help.
