Just wondering what kind of healthy Breakfast ideas you have? Here are mine:

Protein Packed Oatmeal:
1/4 c oatmeal (microwavable)
1/2 c water
a few shakes of cinnamon
1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use naturemax soy protein)
Mix all up, microwave for 1 minute then add a handful of blueberries (I use frozen and they defrost fast in oatmeal)

Smoothies!
Will share more recipes for smoothies soon but I gotta run. Please share your ideas, thanks!!

Layer in a tall glass granola, fresh fruit, yogourt, more fruit, and top with more granola. Pretty, easy, filling, and yum!
